He helped LSG set a total of 227 runs and claimed the fastest century for the team.
As LSG’s captain in 2022, KL Rahul had a standout moment against the Mumbai Indians. Opening the innings, he reached his century in just 56 balls, eventually scoring 103 runs off 60 balls, with 9 fours and 5 sixes at a strike rate of 171.67. His knock pushed the team’s score to 199 runs, making it the second-fastest ton for LSG.

Last season was tough for LSG, but Marcus Stoinis’ explosive hundred was a highlight. Against the Chennai Super Kings, while the team struggled, Stoinis stepped up. Batting at number 3, he scored 124 runs off 63 balls, hitting 13 fours and 6 sixes at a strike rate of 196.83. This made it the third fastest century for the franchise.
In the IPL 2025 mega auction, LSG made a great move by signing Aussie star Mitchell Marsh. In his last match against the Gujarat Titans, he opened the innings with Aiden Markram and made an impact. He scored 117 runs off 64 balls, hitting 10 fours and 8 sixes with a strike rate of 182.81, marking the fourth fastest hundred for LSG.
Quinton de Kock has been a key player in LSG’s lineup. He shone against the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2022. Opening the innings with KL Rahul, he got his century in 59 balls, finishing with an impressive 140 runs off 70 balls, featuring 10 fours and 10 sixes at a strike rate of 200.
