Previously, too, Kejriwal blamed Union Home Minister Amit Shah for the deteriorating law & order in the national capital. The Delhi Police functions under the Union Home Ministry. Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party have decided to take on the BJP over the issue of law and order in the national capital ahead of the Delhi Assembly Elections.
