Gujarat Titans swapped its usual dark blue jersey for the lavender variant during its Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 match against Lucknow Super Giants at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Thursday.
Titans are sporting the lavender jersey to show support for cancer awareness. This is the third year in a row that Titans are donning the lavender jersey to “demonstrate solidarity with cancer patients”.
Last year, Titans had worn the lavender jersey during their home match against Kolkata Knight Riders. In IPL 2023, they chose to mark the occasion during their contest against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
